DAMAGED GOODS:
You have a 1 week period from the time of receiving your product to report any damages. 

THIS POLICY DOES NOT COVER ANY OF OUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS. ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALES  UPON PURCHASE! 

We will be more than happy to replace goods that are damaged by us. Please do forgive us for any mishaps. We have a small team to quality check but there can still be errors. If we do send you a damaged product, please reach out to us on FACEBOOK or our support email:

We WILL NOT replace any damage caused by SHIPPING or HANDLING by a 3rd party.

LOST PACKAGE: 

You will receive a tracking number with your order to the email you check out with when goods are shipped. Please track your packages carefully. 

We highly recommend you call your local office to help track any lost packages. 

We will not replace/refund any lost packages reported more than 1 week from the time the package is shown delivered. Please make sure to report to us right away! 

IF your package is shown as DELIVERED, we are not obligated to process a refund.  

We will not replace/refund packages delivered to mistyped/wrong addresses.
